Madrid Remembers The Victims Of 11-m 18 Years After The Terrorist Attacks

The event commemorates the 192 people who lost their lives and the more than 1,000 injured by ten almost simultaneous explosions in several carriages in the stations of Atocha, Santa Eugenia and El Pozo on March 11, 2004, when hundreds of commuters were on their way to their jobs and daily routines. This event, which changed Spain that Thursday at 7:58 a.m., has been considered one of the biggest terrorist attacks in Europe.
