Displaced Palestinians return to northern Gaza along coastal Al-Rashid Road

GAZA STRIP, PALESTINE - FEB. 12: Tens of thousands of Palestinians, forcibly displaced by Israeli attacks, have been making their way back to their homes in northern Gaza.Following the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, displaced Palestinians are returning to the north from the south despite harsh winter conditions.Footage on Wednesday, Feb. 12, shows many civilians traveling by donkey carts and horse-drawn carriages on the coastal Al-Rashid Road.A ceasefire agreement took effect Jan. 19 in Gaza, halting Israel’s genocidal war that has killed nearly 48,200 Palestinians, most of them women and children, and left the enclave in ruins.The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants in November for Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.(Footage by Hamza Z.
