Every year, Buchanan, host and creator of 98.5 KLUC's "The Chet Buchanan Show," lives and broadcasts from a 30-foot scaffold it the NV Energy parking lot for 12 consecutive days, drawing attention to local families in need during the holiday season. This year’s toy drive will mark 300 days of Buchanan living on the scaffold, nearly 10 months of his life. Since the campaign began, it has raised an estimated $60 million in gifts.
