(FILES) This 13 October, 1999 file photo shows Colombian drug trafficker Fabio Ochoa (C) being escorted by police as he arrives in Bogota shortly after his capture along with another 29 narco-smugglers by Colombian authorities as part of a massive international sting operation code-named "Operation Millennium"involving the US, Mexico and Ecuador. A Miami court 26 August, 2003 sentenced Ochoa to 30 years in prison after a jury in May, 2003 found the former Medellin drug cartel kingpin guilty of involvement in a major cocaine smuggling ring. He sat motionless, his eyes closed, as Judge K. Michael Moore sentenced him to 365 months in prison and a 25,000 USD fine for his participation in the drug smuggling ring that shipped about 30 tons of cocaine a month to the United States in the late 1990s.
