People wait for the unionist Jacques Bino funeral procession to pass on February 22, 2009 in Petit Canal, near Pointe-à-Pitre on the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe. Bino was shot dead last week while driving his car near a roadblock manned by armed youths who opened fire at police with buckshot, as a month-long strike on the island descended into rioting.
