This summer, the 1.5-kilometre-long concrete tube will be used for the first time for a unique running event, the BobbahnRun. After almost 5 kilometres through woods and meadows, the runners will have to "climb" the track with 15 steep curves, up to 15 percent gradients and a total height difference of around 120 metres.
