Ariane-5 successfully launched into orbit its load of three satellites, two of them non-operational, after taking off without incident from Kourou. The 50-meter (165-foot), 700 tonne white rocket, launched the MAQSAT-H and MAQSAT-B models, and a small satellite packed with scientific experiments, into space 28 minutes into its flight, officials said.
