Neemana, INDIA: TO GO WITH INDIA-ECONOMY-POLITICS-RIGHTS An Indian farmer Pratap Singh smokes a hukka pipe in his home in the village Neemana,some 100 kms from New Delhi, 03 July 2007. Singh was the owner of a 20-acre (eight-hectare) fertile field that yielded three harvests a year until his sons persuaded him to sell.
