Navajo Nation Flag, and modified American flag with "End of the Trail" which is all public domain. - Stock-Fotografie

(I am so sorry I didn't put this research info in earlier.) These two flags: Brown one is the Navajo Nation flag, similar to American, Irish, Israeli, etc. flags. The modified American flag has on it the artwork, "end of the trail," by James Earl Fraser, and is in the public domain as reviewed and designated by OTIS. The only restriction is that one must say "End of the Trail flag," thereby identifying the artwork.
