MADRID, SPAIN - SEPTEMBER 27: The Spanish Police, in collaboration with several countries, has dismantled the Balkan cartel, "the largest cocaine distribution network in Europe" thanks to international investigations following the intervention in Atlantic waters of a sailboat loaded with this illicit substance.
