North Korea Celebrates Late Kim Jong Il's Birthday --But Quietly

PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA - FEB. 15: North Korea on Sunday February 15 celebrated the birthday of the late leader Kim Jong Il, but apparently more quietly than usual, as the communist nation is almost closing its border for foreigners in order to block Ebola Fever which it says is chemical weapon created by the U.S. State media reported residents of capital Pyongyang served flowers to the statue of Kim Jong Il, but there were no reports about foreign delegations for the day, and foreign players were not participating this year's figure skating competition. There have been no reports of Ebola patients in North Korea and outbreak of the disease is believed to have decreased in West Africa.
