VOICED: Nineteen years after the Omagh bombing, relatives of its victims are sueing Northern Ireland's police chief - saying failures in the investigation let the killers escape justice. 29 people died in car bombing in 1998 which was the biggest single attack during the Troubles. No one was ever convicted - even though a civil court said four republicans were responsible. Our Ireland Correspondent David Blevins reports.
