VOICED: A member of the Tunisian committee which investigated a terror attack on British tourists has told Sky News better planning could have prevented many of the deaths. 38 people died -- the majority of them British holidaymakers -- when an Islamic State extremist attacked the resort near Sousse in 2015. In an interview with Sky News Tunisia's tourism minister has apologised to the families of the victims -- but insisted the country is safe enough for tourists to return.
