Katy Perry's Bid for Nuns’ Convent in Los Feliz

In a victory for Katy Perry, a Los Angeles judge announced that she intends to block an effort by nuns to sell a Los Feliz convent to a competing buyer. Outside view of the walled hilltop retreat compound, The Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Retreat House in Los Feliz. A French-style chateau with Mediterranean flourishes, more than 30,000 square feet of living space and an adjoining prayer house. The building was once used to harbor priests accused of pedophilia.
