A Scout blows a horn following a special ceremony on Brownsea Island off the south coast of England, 01 August 2007, as a part of the Centenary of the Scout movement. More than 28 million scouts around the world will celebrate the creation of their movement Wednesday, 100 years after it was founded by British army officer Robert Baden-Powell. Global ceremonies will centre on a tiny island off the southern English coast, where Baden-Powell held the first camp of his Scout Movement on August 1, 1907.
