SILVERTHORNE, COLORADO, OCTOBER 27, 2006--Room recently walked through the custom-built 11,000-square-feet ski and golf retreat in Silverthorne owned by electronics manufacturing mogul Randy Winegard. The house was predominantly built out of reclaimed timber salvaged from gold mines throughout the west. Winegard's private corporate and holiday retreat backs up to the Blue River, is surrounded by wild flowers, faces the Gore mountain Range, and is fully furnished with Western and resort furniture and artwork.
