Rio City Hall opens the Museum of Tomorrow in the Port Area

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 17th December 2015: A new icon in the Port Area, the Science museum - Museu do Amanh�� (Museum of Tomorrow) explores the possibilities for the construction of the future. To seal the date, more than 36 hours of non-stop cultural atractions will happen in Pra��a Mau��, in front of the new museum. Built in Porto Maravilha, the Museum of Tomorrow - designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava over the Guanabara Bay is opened since 17th december. In the first weekend of operation, the Museum of Tomorrow will open with free entrance to the public. After that, the tickets will be only BRL 10,00 (Near US$ 2,50 in actual cotation). Museum of Tomorrow's internal architecture was designed to take advantage of natural sunlight and save electricity.
