VALENCIA, CARABOBO, VENEZUELA - 2018/03/28: Relatives of detainees seen comforting each other by hugging. Relatives of detainees in the police headquarters of Carabobo, in the city of Valencia in Carabobo state, remain outside the police station waiting to find out if their detained relatives is still alive. A fire inside the cells of the police station taken the lives of 66 detainees and 2 women who were visiting. Family members alleged that the police burned them alive inside the cells after a fight with them. Relatives also reported that police sells weapons inside the prison and charge money for visiting.
