Princess Chichibu (1909 - 1995), sister-in-law of Emperor Hirohito of Japan, visits the headquarters of the British Red Cross Society at Grosvenor Place in London, 24th July 1962. She is greeted outside by Angela, Countess of Limerick, Vice-President of the Society. The Princess is an honorary vice president of the Japanese Red Cross.
