Debs & Hanford: 1904 Official Socialist Party Jugate Poster. The design was used on the ubiquitous worker's jugate from 1904. Copyrighted by "William Mailly, Sec'y" and printed by the Eagle Lithographing Company of Chicago. It has large full color portraits of Debs & Hanford, the two symbols of the Socialist Party, a locomotive, steamship, mining scene, harvesting scene, a print shop with linotype operator, glass and shoe factories at full tilt, and two workers depositing their ballots in a ballot box inscribed "Workers of All Countries Unite".
