Constitutional Court Delivers ESM Verdict

KARLSRUHE, GERMANY - SEPTEMBER 12:  Judges of Germany's Constitutional Court arrive to give their verdict on Germany´s ratification of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and fiscal compact on September 12, 2012 in Karlsruhe, Germany. The judges ruled that the two measures do not run contrary to Germany's constitution  added regulatory requirement to this decision.
