Kartoffel-Pizza - Stock-Fotografie

Overhead view of a freshly baked potato pizza or pizza con patate with fresh rosemary leaves. Horizontal format with some copy space. Make your pizza base, or buy a ready made one, sparingly use fresh mozzarella on the base. Use a mandolin to thinly slice the potatoes, then rinse them and leave to dry out for half and hour or so before using them. Cover the base with thinly sliced potatoes, sprinkle some olive oil over the top of the pizza, add some freshly grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper and fresh rosemary leaves, bake for around 10-15minutes in a hot oven Serve with more rosemary and olive oil, delicious.
